Evaluation and conclusion

The tool did not put a strain on computer performance in our tests, since it used low CPU and memory. We have not come across any issues, since Motherboard Monitor 5.3.7 Full Version Activator did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. It has a good response time, shows accurate data, and features some pretty advanced options for power PC users. However, this is a very old program that seems abandoned for quite some time, so its hardware database does not contain the latest components. Users should resort to more reliable, up-to-date system information and monitoring utilities.

Tricky setup and accessibility via the system tray

The installation procedure is a rather complication process for users unafamiliarized with such applications. It required a bit of attention in regard to the computer's configuration and requires a reboot. It creates an icon in the system tray area at startup which shows the live CPU reading, and also provides quick access to the program configuration panel.

  1. everything, it crashed my computer also had to reformat after it did its number where is 8 at bring back the ones that work. What is an alternative and where can everyone find it. this one sucks

  2. It costs $20. Perhaps trivial to the Cnet editor but not to me, especially for a non-essential utility. Cnet screws this up so often that I suspect they are getting kickbacks by misleading their users toward “free” software that isn’t free.

  3. No complaints except the fact that using it daily puts me on the non-moderate personal use list so I had to buy it, but worth every penny of the $20.
